Learning Facilitator
Tammy Schiele is a Learning Facilitator at Choice Hotels for the Choice University Team. Being in love with the travel industry, Tammy joined the hospitality scene in 1988 by enrolling at The McConnell Travel School in Minneapolis, MN. She gained valuable sales and service skills during her two-year tenure at the ITT Sheraton Call Center in Austin, TX. Fascinated with the intricacy of hotels, she has mastered her craft with the ability to facilitate and support the many lines of business at Choice Hotels from 1991 to present. These areas consist of agent-customer care and sales, member services, property support, and facilitating to the franchisee side for the HOST and ONBOARD certification programs.
