Account Questions

I did not have a Radisson Academy Online account. How do I set up a ChoiceU.com account?
If you are a hotel owner or franchisee and did not have a Radisson Academy Online account, but would like to have access to ChoiceU.com, please email ChoiceU@choicehotels.com
How do I access my hotel’s ChoiceU.com property admin account?
We sent an email to the hotel’s Radisson property General Manager email account with your username and a temporary password. If your hotel’s General Manager cannot locate that email, please contact us at choiceu@choicehotels.com.
How do I add new users to ChoiceU.com?
Visit the User Admin Section in the Property Admin User Guide in the ChoiceU.com Knowledge & Information Center.
I added a new user to Connect since December 11. Will they automatically receive a ChoiceU account?
If you add a new user to Connect after December 11, you will need to create a ChoiceU.com account for them. These accounts will not be automatically created. Visit the User Admin Section in the Property Admin User Guide in the ChoiceU.com Knowledge and Information Center for details on how to add a new user.
Can my team still complete courses on Radisson Academy Online after ChoiceU.com is live?
Once the ChoiceU.com site is live, all team members should begin using it for all training and onboarding. Even though the Radisson Academy Online site will remain active for a few days, please direct your team members to ChoiceU.com.
Can I access ChoiceU.com from CONNECT?
Yes, we have added a Quick Link to ChoiceU.com from the CONNECT communications homepage.
Who should we contact if a team member does not receive an email with their ChoiceU.com account credentials?
Who should we contact if Learning Transcripts from Radisson Academy Online are not available on ChoiceU.com?
What content will my employees have access to?
Many of the courses available on Radisson Academy Online are now part of ChoiceU.com. Additional content covering a wide range of topics are also available to you and your team on the site.
What courses are my team members required to complete at this time?
On the CONNECT communications platform, you will find what is required for you, your role, and your team members in the Training Section of your specific Brand Standards.
What content from Radisson Academy Online was moved to ChoiceU.com?
Any course required via specific Brand Standards is available, as well as select elective courses. 
If I completed RHGA Leadership Certification, will I have to complete Choice’s Onboarding and Operations Certifications?
If you are certified as an RHGA Leader, this will satisfy the current requirements for Choice’s Onboarding Orientation (Choice OnBoard) and Operations Certification (HOST).
Will there be administration access for General Managers / Training Managers at my hotel?
Each hotel has one ChoiceU Property Admin Account which can be shared with any hotel leader that needs to track or manage the education, certifications, training, and users on CU.com. We recommend using the property email address for the admin account for communication purposes.
