Director of Learning Experiences & Engagement
I began my career at Choice Hotels as a Training Professional in 2006. I have experienced multiple roles here at Choice Hotels since then including Revenue Manager and most recently acting as the Director of Learning Experiences & Engagement for Choice University.
Prior to joining Choice, I managed Choice branded hotels for five years in New Orleans, LA and Eau Claire, WI. My early hospitality operational background also included roles in guest services, housekeeping, and food service.
My education includes an MBA in Change Leadership from The College of Saint Scholastica, a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin Stout, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. my passion for the hospitality industry is evident in my dedication to helping others learn, perform, and achieve.
Fun Facts
I am currently based out of Northern Wisconsin. When I am not watching my two boys play sports, then you can find me out on my mountain bike or enjoying time on the lake. I share a love for travel and animals with my two children and we are always planning our next adventure. A fun fact about me is that I have never held a position outside of the hospitality industry and I started in the laundry department of an independent hotel when I was 15 years old.
