Learning Programs Coordinator
Jessica joined Choice Hotels in 2023. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Northeastern State University and spending a few years teaching, she continued pursuing her passion of learning and development by transitioning into the Business and Hospitality Industries with additional experience in finance, healthcare, and higher education.
Over the past decade, she partnered with colleagues and vendors to provide training on operational functions and systems, leadership/management sessions, guest services, finance, human resources, and other industry-related topics. She also has direct experience in Leadership/Management, HR, Operations, and is versed in several functions of Learning and Development.
Jessica plans on continuing her education to better assist stakeholders, colleagues, and guests. She is grateful and excited to be a part of Choice Hotels and the Choice U Team!

Jessica currently resides in Oklahoma, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, experiencing new cultures, attending sporting events, and community involvement.
She is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the ChoiceU Team and looks forward to working with her colleagues, franchisees, and other Choice Hotel Stakeholders!
