Erich Crudup joined Choice Hotels in
2006 for the initial roleout of choiceADVANTAGE. As a Learning Facilitator with Choice University, he loves working with hotels and creating content that helps people achieve their goals. Prior to joining Choice, Erich gained valuable hospitality skills working various jobs from barista to catering to running the front desk at a resort. Erich holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University.

- My favorite jobs are being a husband and father.
- I love traveling. I have traveled to 49 states and 9 countries.
- Hobbies include gardening, enjoying the outdoors, parenting children, tending my aquarium, swimming, doing things with my church.
- My first job was at a big box store. I left orientation thinking being a trainer would be a fun job (turns out it is).
