Senior Instructional Designer
Candy has worked in corporate education for 15 years, joining Choice Hotels in 2014. As an Instructional Designer, Candy works with a variety of customers supporting Choice hoteliers, contact centers, and employees on a wide range of topics. Candy earned a Bachelor’s in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix and completed coursework for a Master’s in Education, Instructional Technology, from the University of South Florida.
Fun Facts
Candy has visited more than 40 of the 50 U.S. states, was born in Maine, grew up in Florida, and currently resides in the Phoenix Metro Valley of Arizona. She loves to travel the U.S. with a special fondness for the natural beauty of our state and national parks.
Candy volunteered as a foster parent for the Arizona Humane Society and adopted a mama cat and her babies when the three kittens were just six days old.
And what better way to document her travels and four legged furry kids than to scrapbook them! Candy discovered a love for crafting in the late 1990s and developed a knack for creating interactive mini albums, cards, die cuts, and more. She has even taught a few classes at her local arts & crafts store.
