With a 25 years background in the hospitality industry, Sean Tibbetts is a subject matter expert in the following areas of hotel operations:
Management and Leadership, Operations, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Food & Beverage, Hotel Accounting Practices, and Revenue Management.
Sean joined Choice in 2006 as a Systems Performance Trainer. His vast knowledge of Choice systems has afforded him several opportunities to work hand in hand with Choice’s franchisees onsite and at regional and annual workshops. Sean is currently working with the Choice University Team as a Learning Facilitator. His efforts with Performance Engagement, Guest Experience Improvement, Socially Speaking/Social Media topics, SmartRates, as well as Choice University’s HOST and ONBOARD certification programs continue to help drive results for all participants and students. Sean continues to bring strong recommendations from all that attend or have an opportunity to work with him.
Fun Facts
Sean celebrates life with his wife Mariel and daughter Laurielle. You might find them at a comic book convention or a music event. Sean has been to all 50 states and the family loves to travel, so you might see them at your hotel soon!
