Director, Performance Learning Initiatives
In 1999, André Gratton began his employment with Choice Hotels as a trainer for their very first internet-linked property management system. Today, André is the Director of Performance Learning Initiatives and is responsible for the direction of all systems training for existing hotels as well as training formats and platforms. For 15 years prior to joining Choice, André held no fewer than nine management positions in seven full-service hotels in five states. So, it is safe to say, he has found a home at Choice Hotels.
Fun Facts
When he’s not working from his home office in North Carolina, André enjoys getting outside and is an avid angler. Whether it is fly-fishing a North Carolina Creek, pier fishing on the Atlantic coast, or kayak fishing on a serene lake in his native Vermont, you can usually find him reeling in the big one on the weekends. André shares his home with his three boys (cats), Walter, Arthur, and Lance.
