CPOR: Cost Per Occupied Room

  • Definition: Those rooms-related costs incurred directly as a result of selling a guest room. Also referred to as “room-related occupancy cost” and “occupied room cost.”
  • Example: Examples include labor costs, room supplies and room amenities.
