- Definition: The CheckINN Certified Program recognizes hotel properties that provide best-in-class service to CLC guests. The program provides CLC customers with information to help them make more informed decisions during hotel search and booking. CLC rates properties monthly on 15 different engagement and compliance parameters. Hotels need to achieve an overall score of at least 80 (out of 125) to be considered CheckINN Certified (CIC).
- Example: You can check your property’s CheckINN Certified status by logging into your CLC account. Properties with consistently low CIC scores risk termination of their contract with Corporate Lodging Consultants (CLC).
