Housekeeping Upon Request Program (HKUR)

• Definition: An optional program for the Ascend Hotel Collection, Comfort, Quality, Sleep, Clarion, Clarion Pointe, Econo Lodge and Rodeway Inn brands in which guests have the flexibility to decide which days they receive Housekeeping service.
• Example: Stayover guests are given the option to forgo daily housekeeping services for 2 consecutive days on all stays longer than 1 night. Stayover guests who accept this alternative cleaning cadence will receive cleaning after every 3rd night. Stayover guests who want service more frequently need to notify the front desk.
