We are pleased to share with you one of our 2023 Happy to Help Platinum Heroes, Alexander Weight from the Sleep Inn & Suites, Bismarck, ND.

His Front Desk Manager, Jody, told us how in December of 2022, there was a guest staying at their hotel for 3 weeks while recovering from eye surgery. Due to the guest’s limited vision, he was unable to drive himself to his doctor’s appointments- without hesitation, Alexander voluntarily made himself available (even on his days off!) to assist the guest with getting to and from his appointments. Alexander even selected to invite the guest over to his home to celebrate the Christmas holidays. To this day, Alexander continues to call him to check in and see how his recovery is going.

Alexander showed true compassion, thoughtfulness, and kindness.

Shout out to Alexander for showing us what a true Happy to Help Hero looks like, truly UNSTOPPABLE!

The average rolling 12-month scores for Sleep Inn hotels relating to cleanliness are 88% and for condition 83%. While these are great for the overall brand, 42% of the brand is below this threshold for cleanliness and 44% in condition.

We continue to work diligently to offer relevant training, videos and all the tools and information necessary to set your team up for success!  

Choice University has numerous courses available for new and seasoned team members. There is CUTV  with a large library of quick, informational videos as leverage for education and training for your teams. You can utilize these for staff meetings or morning Huddles!
