Such as new and improved protocols and best practices related to deep cleaning, disinfecting hygiene, and social distancing.

A designated employee at every Choice-branded hotel who completes applicable best-in-class cleanliness training and is responsible for incorporating the new protocols into their hotel’s operations.

How to recertify as a Commitment to Clean Capitan at your Hotel

From the Welcome Page – Brand Training Card:  

  • Sign into their student account and proceed to the BRAND TRAINING Card
  • Click on the Commitment to Clean Captain Certification
  • Complete all prerequisites training indicated on the Knowledge Check. Click the Prerequisite button to view the required items.
  • Once you have completed all prerequisites then you can complete the required final assessment/knowledge check.
